This goal is achieved by the fact that in an internal combustion engine that contains a soundproof casing and a blower made in the form of a drive wheel with curved channels and a cylindrical recess, the drive wheel is made of two concentric parts, outer and inner, connected by melody through at least one elastic liner, and provided with a protective sheath, made of sound-insulating plastic and located on its end face n in a cylindrical recess, with part of the shell spaced in the recess, inena blower. In the part of the shell located in the recess, additional suction-curved filaments can be made. FIG. 1 shows a cross section of an engine with a casing; FIG. 2 - view and drive wheel. Engine 1 includes a crankshaft 2, a drive wheel 3. consists of two parts, an outer 4 and an inner 5. The outer part 4 of the wheel 3 has keyways 6, and between parts 4 and 5 of the wheel there is an elastic cont. The drive wheel 3 is located outside the sound insulation casing 8, the through hole 9 is covered with the casing 8, the edge of the hole 9 enters the groove 10 with the formation of a gap 11. In the inner part 5 of the wheel 3 on the side located opposite the opening 9, there is a concentric recess 12, the depth of which is approximately two thirds of the width of the wheel 3. In the inner part 5 also the channels 13 are made, passing from the recess 12 to the outside of the groove 10 63 Channels 13 are located at even angular intervals. For sound insulation of the end of the inner part 5, as well as channels 13, directly connected to the inner space of the casing 8, the shell 14 is fastened on the outer part 4 with screws 15. The shell 14 is made of sound insulating plastic and has the shape of a protective disk 16, on which the area of the undercut 12 is reinforced part 17 with suction channels 18. The device works as follows. As soon as the engine 1 starts up and the crankshaft 2 comes into rotation, it drives the drive wheel 3, in the protective sheath 14 of which the channels 18 are located, running from the middle to the ENVIRONMENT. The air contained in the channels 18 flows under the action of centrifugal force to the outside, which leads to the intake of air from the environment surrounding the engine. Thus, the air in the recess 12 of the drive wheel 3 is slightly compressed. Pre-compressed air now flows through the channels 13, which are located in the inner part 5 and pass from the inside to the inside of the casing. The drive wheel 3 operates in this way according to the type of two-stage centrifugal pump. In order to have as little leakage loss as possible when supplying air to the internal cavity of the housing, the compressed air discharged from the internal part 5 is bent outward by the edge of the passage 9 of the capsule 8 and deflected inside the cavity. During operation of the engine 1, sound vibrations through the end of the crankshaft 2 or the drive wheel 3 are transmitted to the environment. To attenuate these vibrations, an elastic insert 7 is installed between the inner 5 and outer 4 parts of the drive wheel 3, which prevents the transmission of sound vibrations from the inner part 5 to the outer part 4. The propagation of sound vibrations in the radial direction from the drive wheel 3 into the surrounding space does not pass . However, also
